Toddler Activities To Keep Them Entertained & Happy

Are you in need of some easy (and inexpensive) ways to keep your energetic toddler entertained?

Look no further, mommy!

Let’s be honest, having an active and healthy toddler is absolutely amazing, but it can still be exhausting for us moms. Especially now, during a worldwide pandemic, being stuck at home with a busy toddler can make your days feel CRAZY long.

Do you know the quote: „The days are long, but the years are short“? So true…

To cope with these endless days, I came up with some awesome, easy & inexpensive ways to entertain our sweet bundles of joy.

Today I will be sharing some Easy, Cheap & Fun Toddler Activities with you.

1. Sensory Bins

Sensory Bins are one of my all-time favorite activities. I started making them when my daughter was only 10 months old. I only adjusted the things I put inside the bins to make them age-appropriate. She can play with one of these bins for quite some time without getting bored of it. Which is exactly what we want, right?

Here are some amazing sensory bins ideas for you:

2. Pom-Poms

Pom-Poms can be used in so many ways and is definitely one of the easiest toddler activities on the list. It’s a great activity o train your toddler’s fine motor skills. All you need are Pom-Poms and some household items to use them with.

3. DIY Shaker Bottles

Toddlers love playing with instruments and making noises. So why not create some DIY Shaker Bottles for your little one? They are super easy, fun, cheap, and probably not as loud as some store-bought instruments… 😉

Muffin Tins are absolutely amazing. You can create endless play opportunities with them just by using things you probably have at home already.

5. Bathtub Fun

One of the toddler activities you should probably do close to bedtime. That way, your toddler will get a fun activity and a bath at the same time or right after playing.
